Muhammad Ali once said, “service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on Earth.” Throughout the year, Live and Smile Dental and Orthodontics tries to give back to our community as much as possible. We host Give Kids a Smile every year to help children in need. We partner with Dublin Rotary Club to sponsor various charity events in the community and globally. Two of the events we're participating in this month is the Veteran's luncheon hosted by the City of Dublin, honoring our hometown heroes. We are also participating glove and socks drive for local homeless.



We are thankful to be in the positions that we are in to be able to support our community. We are also thankful for our staff, who work together as a team on constantly improving safety measures, effective communications, and continuing education. We give thanks to show that we appreciate their hard work. We work on healthy and positive office cultures. Take breaks during work. Have a healthy diet, exercise, and sleep routine. We are looking forward to the holiday season and encourage staff to enjoy the time off with their friends and families.

Our patients are amazing, and we are thankful that our staff and patients stayed safe during this pandemic. The majority of our patients have come back and resumed their regular checkups. As a practice, we have noticed increased health awareness among the staff and patients. People are focusing more on health and wellness. We're grateful that we're partnering with our patients to improve oral health, as well as overall health, even though we have seen negative impacts on teeth and gum with increased stress and anxiety, such as fractured teeth, periodontal diseases, etc.

Helping patients increase preventive measures to stay healthy, making healthy choices every day, is what keeps us going. Difficult situations are learning opportunities for us when we learn to slow down and appreciate what we have.

Our appointments are quite full right now; however, we're looking into expanding our hours in the new year. We also wanted to announce that it is our 10th anniversary this year. We were so lucky to be able to celebrate with everyone we care for and love.
